Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping

U.S. orders are shipped with USPS First Class, USPS Priority or USPS Express mail. Free domestic shipping is at the USPS First Class or Priority level.

International orders are shipped with USPS First-Class International (select countries), USPS Priority International or USPS Express International. For countries without E-DELCON service, packages will usually be shipped as USPS Express International mail.

Shipping notification with tracking number is provided upon shipment.

Shipping of in-stock items generally occurs within 1-2 business days, with most shipping within 24 hours. International stock items may take 1-2 additional business days.

Shipping of backordered items generally occurs within 3-7 business days, unless otherwise noted. We will try to notify of significant changes or delays in this timeframe.

Shipping of items with stated lead times follow the lead time policy.

Protovapor’s regular business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal and USPS postal holidays.

Returns

No refunds or exchanges on custom items, XPV orders, services, closeout items, and other special or final-sale items. Products may be returned unused in original packaging for exchange or refund at item value only (shipping is not eligible for refund). Products will be replaced for manufacturers defects/DOA only. Evolv boards warranty info here.  XPV mods will be repaired or replaced for warranty issues during the warranty period. Customer covers shipping for all returns.
