We are shutting down!

… ordering

… for a day or two

… to restock 🙂

We are receiving a new shipment of cases on or about 4/1, at which time we will take a day or two to reconcile all orders with available cases, then post the remainder up as available for ordering. At that time we will adjust lead time if possible. Current estimated lead time as of today remains 35-40 business days.

Thanks for your continued patience and support!

  1. Man talk about April fools. I’ve been counting days waiting for my mod.

    1. Good April fools scare, You got me too. But everybody needs a break. Enjoy your days off.

  2. Is there any update on colors in the new shipment or still the originals?

    1. Coming soon. We have a couple new colors inbound but we need to test them to make sure they work.

      1. If we have an order in processing is it possible to ask for one of the new colors if we like the look?

        1. Yes, stay tuned for the next status update.

      2. Ive sent an email just trying to make sure but I would like the new darker blue color for my xpv30d and was wondering if you will be getting wraps for the mods? I would love a clear carbon fiber to go with the dark blue.

        1. Checking on the email, we replied but we’re doublechecking to make sure we recorded the change.

Regarding wraps, we have no plans to produce wraps. We’re not actually sure wraps would work well with our design and finish, but we’ll leave that to some 3rd party to try.

  3. I almost died, Log in to check for any updates on my order, Saw “We are shutting down.” Good one lol

  4. OMG! You guys got me SO bad, at first I was really sad bc ProtoVapor is a really neat company, and the transparency you guys have with comment boxes is one of the reasons i bought from you guys.
Fooled me though, I had to read the comments to figure it out haha
Hope I get to Vaoe my device soon!

  5. Funny but not funny! My fingernails were really scared for a minute, they thought they were in for a good gnawing.

  6. and,What about an order number counter?
to make a general idea of how close is your order to be completed.
    i know,stupid idea,but this wait is killing me.XD

    1. Details of our production process are not going to be made public, and regardless it wold be liable to be inaccurate as it would be manually updated. What we can say is that so far production is proceeding almost exactly on time with the lead time windows quoted, so you can expect to get your shipment notice in that window, or at worst a day or two out of it.

  7. Whew…. just logged in to check my order and saw this… v err by scared for a minute….good one
